There are five member categories in my.loyaltyclub. Member status depends on the customer’s annual purchase volume of upgrade kits, machine components and consumables starting at a minimum of 2,000 EUR.

Customers reaching the next level in terms of their purchase volume will benefit from the corresponding discount rate the following year (01.01.-31.12.).
